    k flame away.

    doing my first half ironman triathlon tomorrow..

    then after that i start training again..

    think this is gonna be too much?
    m/f - boxing
    w - wrestling
    t/th/sat - bjj
    sunday - rest

    never done boxing nor wrestling.. but i've done mt

    done bjj before.. so i guess just gotta break my body back into training again :mamoru:

    well i am converting from 7 days a week with 4 of those days 2 a days... and 3 of those days long workouts (10+ mile runs, 40+ mile bikes, 2~ mile swims)

    so hopefully.. i can handle the other side of the physical punishment.. if anything ill cut down on the boxing and work on wrestling + bjj.
