So eating helathy does help you lose weight...

    hmm who would have thunk it. Started eating healthy about a week ago and eating about 6 times a day. I have done very little exercise except riding my bike a few times for like half an hour. I'm 5'11"

    4/18 - 199lb
    4/26 - 194.5

    I am not broly

    Im really not sure

    heres a typical day of eating for me.

    breakfast:
    Oatmeal or nonfat plain yogurt w/ granola +honey or eggs
    +
    Banana

    Snack:
    Granola Bar

    Lunch:
    Turkey sandwhich on wheat bread
    Carrots
    Apple

    Snack:
    Cottage Cheese or Tuna

    Dinner:
    Chicken breast
    Orange
    sme other things i cant think of

    plus i also drink a shit ton of water all day

    If i am not lifting will a lot of the weight im losign be muscle with a diet like that?

    I plan to do that when i graduate in a month. I have so much shit goign on now that i dont really have time to go to the gym.

    You're also actually watching what you eat for once, so you're almost certainly eating fewer calories, which by default results in weight loss.

    Not knocking your progress :cool: just sayin'.

    thanks guys, Reading this site has really helped too, finding out how to eat clean and what not. Ill be sure to take some advice on routines from here when i start lifting again!

    I did pretty well losing by eating a large salad of romaine and spinach with my supper.
