MIL So do the marines really have a pork chop platoon?

    it's not a seperate platoon, it's a program called PCP/BCP (Physical Conditioning Program/Body Composition Program). PCP is for weak people, BCP is for fat people if you're on BCP you're automatically on PCP. They do extra PT every day. Theres a couple of people in my platoon who have been on BCP for a while they're about to get admin seperated.

    BCP first assignment is 6 months mandatory. If you can't make regs after the 1st assignment then back on it you go.

    If for some reason during your career you get assigned back to it, you get on until you make regs vice the 6 month stint.
