deadlifts are one of the easiest lifts for me, just because i love 'em. the hardest lifts are the ones i just hate doing.

but hey, at least she's deadlifting. it's better than the anorexic cardio bunnies.

There's one girl I lift with who I'd listen to. Mostly because she can clean over 300lbs.

Tell me how easy deadlifts are when you're doing heavy sets and can't even stand up because your low back is in so much pain from the massive pump and all the blood rushing in and all you want to do is pass out on the floor in your own puke.

    Yeah I love deadlifts.

I love the lower back pump, one workout I did GM's for heavy singles then did conc deads 5x5. Once I got home and had a shower I had to sit down on my couch just to put my boxers on cause the pump was so massive I couldnt bend down without faling over.

hardest for me..always looking in the mirror to make sure back is straight.
how is that easier than benching form?

Looking in the mirror is probably the reason you can't keep good form.
