So, Critique my workout.

    I usually do things differently everyday, like excercises, exact reps, and weight..but I generally lift pretty hard.

    These are some typical days..

    Day 1 - Chest, Tri's
    - Dumbbell Bench 4 sets, 12, 10, 6, 4
    - Incline Dumbbell Bench 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Cable Crossovers 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Decline Bench 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Rope Pressdow, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Kickbacks, 3 sets, 20, 15, failure

    Day 2 - Back, Bi's
    - Pull ups (palms not facing you) 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Lat Pulldown 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Cable Row 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Dumbell Row 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Single handed dumbell preacher Cur, 3 sets,12, 10 8
    - Barbell curl, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8

    Day 3 - Shoulders/Delts
    - Lateral raise on machine, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Shoulder Press 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Upright Row, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Bent over lateral raise, 12, 10, 8

    Day 4 - Legs
    - Squats, 3 sets, 15, 12, 10
    - Leg Extentions, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Leg Curls 3 sets, 12, 10, 8
    - Calve Raises 3 sets, 12, 10, 8

    For the hell of it, here's what I've ate today as of 5;30pm..

    1 cup of reg oatmeal, 1 packet oat, skim milk
    6'' roasted chicken breast subway sandwich on wheat, without cheese
    (Post workout) Whey with 1/2 cup of reg oatmeal, skim milk, slice of wheat bread with peanut butter

    What do you guys think?

    I have no clue what type of overload you're doing, your current stats, or goals, what am I supposed to be basing this critique off of?
