so heres the situation. I got about 8k in debts from finishing up college and ever since I graduated I haven't been able to find a decent job. So Ive been running out of options and the guard keeps looking more and more attractive. Right now im debating what do do so I came here for some help from guys with experience.

Im debating on going reserves go through the whole training thing and then work on my masters degree from there. Right now the reseve jobs available in my area are

these are the jobs available in my area. I was looking for something that the training would carry over to the civilian world so that in a worse case scenario I could get a decent job with the training.

Reserves are kind of weak, you wont ever get to really do anything unless you go active.
Go full time man, you will get out with your bills paid off and a shitload of cool stories....even if you just do 3 years.
And damn, you picked all the nerd jobs :hsugh:

did your recruiter tell you how long the waiting list was for MST A-school? good luck with that . last i checked it was a year long .

when i first came in my plan was to go MST but one look at that list and seeing what life was like as a non rate made me quickly change my mind .
