first of all, what is everyones idea of a base?

secondly, what is everyones method of building said base?

lastly, how did you go about it.

i use christopher's routine. a lot of people don't like it because they say it's too intense. it's given me my best results thus far.

I've seen decent results with Christophers' routine as well.

I've only been seriously working out for 5-6 months. I had a little musclar definition before, but now I'm just trying to pack it on. I want all the mass I can get. I'm not so much worried about looks and proportions, just trying to get a good base to build off of.

Fuckheads, dont turn this thread into a debate over the 5x5 stuff

I consider a base to be at least a 2x bodyweight squat/deadlift and a 1.5x bodyweight bench, all raw.

As far as methods of building it, there are many

first i start off with a barracks
then i build some bunkers and put the marines in there
then i have my vultures lay a bunch of spider mines in front of them
behind the bunkers i put siege tanks but not too close to them so my bunkers dont get hit by the splash damage
then i send out some cloacked wraiths to see wassup with the enemy, but i have to hope theres no overlords around so i dont get detected

I'd say a BW snatch is a pretty good indication you have a solid base (whatever that means).

You have it all wrong man, you have to build the golf course, pool and officers club first. That way the government has to give you more money for the baracks and stuff, cant have a base without barracks.

Yeah but you guys don't get treated like shit compared to Marines he just mean't it like you guys don't do shit.Of course I could go on but I'm sure you know how the Marines feel about every other branch..Oh and I don't mean to question your service nigga just saying what some crazy marines think.

On the bike thing he said air force guys did their mile test on bike or atleast the Marine DI's used to tell them it and call those guys pussies.Of course this is Parris Island and around the same time a DI drowned a recruit in combat swimming qualifications.
