that you can just maintain? no more #'s goals "k adding 10lbs next workout", no more weight goals "i need to weigh another 10lbs", "lose another 10lbs", no more size goals "i need to add another inch to bicep/tricep/chest/breast/face/neck/head"? the convenience of a maintenance workout appeals to me but everytime i hit the goals i set - "ok i'm going to deadlift 350 and then i'll just maintain." - i want to go higher. is it a disease of sorts? like body dysmorphia?
