    ...Is Tuna OK for post-workout at night, or should I eat some fat-free cottage cheese? Just got done with about an hour of cardio about 15 minutes ago.

    It's nearly 9pm.. Just don't want to make foolish decisions. ;)

    Doesn't really matter when you eat, honestly. I usually end up eating dinner about an hour or two before bed because of my work/workout schedule. Cottage cheese in the evening certainly will not kill your gains (or losses)

    I went ahead and had about a cup of cottage cheese (I gotta find some recipes for ways to mix this stuff.. :yuck: ) mixed with some pineapple.. :hs:

    Don't get fat free, it tastes like shit. I forget what I have, but I think 1-2% fat won't kill your diet, and it tastes much better. Just sprinkle some pepper in there and eat them with wheat thins or salteens or something.

    time is not a factor, you can eat whenever you want to

    just be sure to keep cals ate < burned or > burned dependant on your goals
