So after months of convincing me to go to "CKO KICKBOXING" today I caved.

    Went with my girl. She's been doing it religiously and is obsessed, looks great from it too, she looked good before, but shes gotten really "toned" up even though i hate that faggot word, you all know what I mean.

    Anyways, I hardly ever do cardio, I never needed it, and knew it could potentially fuck me up. It was an hour long of kick, punch, kick, punch, combos + get on the ground and do bicycles, pushups, abs, bla bla. 50 mins in i was pretty drained and while my girl kept doing abs with zero problems and balancing her fuckin legs in the air i was like fuck this and gave up :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

    now she doesnt understand how i have bulging abs and she doesnt and insists hers are "stronger". :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: stupid cumdonkey.

    there were multiple guys doing it, but the ab workout at the end they had us doing with labia-tearing vagina splits and all sorts of fucking up pause/split/crunch/flail your legs to the south variations were ridiculous, i dont have the flexbility for that bullshit and she didnt understand that :rofl:

    Trying different things isn't always bad though. I've found it's helped me loosen my hamstrings and open my hips a bit. I could have probably done the same with regular stretching but I never stretch on my own.

    Kickboxing and cardio kickboxing are completely different things. They actually share nothing aside from the name. One is used to teach you a sport and its technique, the other is just doing movements for a workout.

    99% of people who weight train would last less than 6 minutes in a real boxing gym because the conditioning is not just done for mass; it's done because it keeps you from losing. Your abs are crucial in boxing because they are your main source of endurance and allow you to slip and weave fluidly. Without a strong midsection that is developed for boxing movements, you really can't win. That's why she says they're "stronger" because yes, they are for the movements that they're doing.
