So after cutting for a month I feel and look much leaner but...

    my bodyweight has not changed much. is this a good thing or a bad thing? :dunno:

    Im much more vascular and am starting to get abs back but ive only lost 2-3lbs.

    I have one of those weight/bodyfat scales the body fat thing is ridiculously out of whack.

    from my understanding- the mirror and accurate bodyfat % tests are the only things you should be using :o

    God damn. Quality of life is in the shitter when Im cutting. I want to super bulk so fucking bad. Cravings are a bitch.

    i heard some people would actually chew some ice cream or whatever junk food you like and spit it out. basically not digesting it and supposely, it keeps yourself sane.

    seriously, dont recommend that anyone does it.

    Plus. what the hell are ppl going to think when they see u spitting out good food? if your gonna eat it, eat it. get over it.

    Keep a cheat day somewhere in the rotation so you have something to look forward to. Otherwise, just look at food as fuel and find other places to take pleasure.

    ive been cutting for so long that ive lost all cravings for those foods. the only thing i crave is a frozen banana, vanilla whey, cinamon, pb shake

    The scale is using a formula that is based on the average male...whom doesn't work out. There are some scales that can change the formula to account for your added muscle. They'll become more accurate but still not as accurate as a good pinch test.
