ya i was pretty happy...every now and then id try to dl and even with 135 i just sucked..i think it was partially because i was afraid to hurt my back and just being a pussy

finally i just said fuck it im gonna learn to do these...slowly worked up and tonight i was feeling real good so i just kept goin

i think between me lifting a lot harder than before, and taking lots of protein im starting to get some gains again

the "so you wanna look like a bodybuilder" workout is definitely working for me

one month is just practice dude...

when i started in feb i was maxing out at 225-250.. a couple months later I hit 340.

I think the most important thing to do is learn how to deadlift. Once you learn the proper form (whether you sldl it or conventional) and you get your muscles used to the range of motion, you will be pulling a lot more without necessarily adding more strength. Once you get there you will actually need to gain strength.

I will bet $10 right now that you will near 400lbs by December. (Assuming you keep pushing yourself)

Once your form is decent the prs will come fast. (On DLs only, unfortunately)
