    Me: More then likely
    Freind: Want to fight
    Me: Sure why not
    Freind: December 20 you have a fight
    Me: Against who?
    Freind: I dunno some guy

    Amatuer Kick Boxing FTW, I kind of feel stupid for taking it though because I havent trained in a couple of months. O well I started cutting weight and hit the gym this afternoon so lets see how this plays out. If Im not ready I wont fight.

    omg its only the secound day of cutting weight and every one is chasing me around offering me food. The guys at work now are hounding me to eat chinese food.

    :eek3: i had no idea you were that big. 2 months is enough time for that though. you won't have to worry about cutting for a while so much as just trimming down and losing weight. you're going to really have to maintain a strict diet and up your roadwork to do that. you might not know who you're fighting, but find out what event it is and what it's like. honestly alot of ammy kickboxing events are no sweat (as in they do a good job of match making and making sure no one gets hurt, etc).

    this is gonna be my fourth one but I havent fought in a year or more because of financial issues. I told him I was really rusty but he said not to worry about it. Its his show so we have to see what happens. Yeah I gained a lot of weight when I started working this job because I dont do anything all day, that combined with shitty hours and shitty food and I gained 25 pounds in the last 8 months. I think what messed me up more was that I kept eating the same way I did when I was training lol.

    What sucks now is the whole office smells like chinese food and I have my last meal at 7:00 and Im so damn hungry. The first week is fucking killer. I could so go for some fried rice right about now.

    I hate that. People are such a pain in the ass when they think they're just being funny. I've learned to just not tell a single person if I'm fasting.

    although to the TS, severely cutting back on your eating 2 months before your weigh in is probably not a good idea.

    I usually have my problems the first week then Im good and it has been almost 48 :wtc:. I cut this much weight before to make 155 a couple of times. Its the first week that kills me because I want to eat more but then after I get through that Im good.

    Im at 194 after 2 days but Im assuming most of it is water weight and crap.

    day 5 191 I think im going to add an extra meal to my diet because the weights coming off to fast.
