With snowfall right around the corner I was wondering if any snowboarders had any exercises/stretches they do specifically to target the muscles used when riding?

I would think squats/leg curls/extensions/calves and core should help. Does anyone have any specific exercises they do :dunno:

I've wondered that myself, I would say deadlifts. I would think calf raises would be good also/

Haha nice man, I usually buy the alta/bird pass and ski both...takes a good week and a half to get to all the good backcountry spots anyhow. If it dumps I always do Baldy Chutes in the morning then hop over and head to the Cirque

if i do make it out there this winter i will most definitely holler
