    02/24/08 stats: 6'4", 185 lbs, 29 years old, less than 14% bodyfat

    Pre-workout (less than an hour before): 4 NO2 tablets, 1 multivitamin, 2 Orexis (testing out a 3 month supply on my cawk :o), and a simple oatmeal + yogurt + peanut butter + milk shake that I drink about 30 mins after the supplements absorb. Note that I work out in the morning before I go to work.

    Post-workout (less than an hour after): 1 tsp creatine + 2 scoops Muscle Milk + some melk.

    The regime:

    DAY 1: Two-Handed Push: Pectorial + Tricep
    Barbell Bench Press 10 5 5 5 20
    Barbell Tricep Press 10 10
    Barbell Incline Press 10 5 5 5 20
    Cable V-Bar Tricep Pushdown 5 5

    DAY 2: Two-Handed Pull: Trapezius + Biceps
