    I've done them a couple times. They are certainly different than other forms of DL I've done. I got it in the upper back and glutes alot.

    not a lot... IIRC I didnt go above 365


    on second thought, it might have been 315 for reps

    they are tough to balance at first.. try lighter weights till you get used to it.
    also kill the mid back..nice alternative to rack pulls :big grin:

    It definitely hit everything harder, as I am sore as a mother fuck right now.


    What's particularly interesting is I'm most sore in my posterior delts and upper traps. I think that's because I do them with DB's, and by doing the wide grip you're actually holding it outwards, as opposed to simply supporting it. For some reason it made my lower spine feel kind of funky so I'm probably not going to do them anymore without some form evaluation.
