    :wavey: sup peoples!

    i want to know what everyone is snacking on during the day. im usually with carrots and another veggie along with lots of fruit and the occasional bar if i cant get a meal in.

    im wondering if i should be eating something else as well. whats everyone else eating?

    rice cakes
    half a pound of salt free turkey breast sliced up and I'll dip it in salsa sometimes
    beef jerky
    hard boiled eggs


    those are just some snacks

    i for some reason cannot make hard boiled eggs anymore. i just ruined a batch and i feel retarded... :(

    put eggs in water
    set to boil, once they do shut off and cover and wait for 12 minutes.

    run under cold water, peal and eat

    5 or 6 each meal. Too fatty for me to just 'go to town'...
