So I saw the canned Instone High Protien Pudding on 1fast400, and it sounded like a good idea ... but the price for a case of 24 cans was $34.00 :hsugh:

So, I took a pack of sugar free Jello Pudding and added a scoop of ON Chocolate whey too it while mixing it up with 2 cups of 1% milk (the recipe calls for skim, but all I have is 1%). The ON made it a little thicker, so I added in just a tad more milk, maybe 1/8 cup and it mixed up perfectly smooth.

Add some strawberries and you have nectar of the gods. I'm eating some right now. :coold:
