Sup guys? After work i'm hitting up the smoothie king to get a smoothie, what would yall recommend? I've never gotten one from there before. And if my routine is 75 percent cardio and 25 percent lifting. Should i get some protein in there? Should I be doing more lifting/

Man, I don't know who to beleive I'm getting conflicting reports on cardio and lifting. What would be the best way for me to lose weight? I am 5'11'' and 211 pounds wet. I'm thinking about starting jogging. I've been playing basketball for about 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. And lifting probably 4 times a week after cardio. All I have is a bench that can incline twice, has butterfly's, capable of preacher curls, and some kind of leg deal, I think a leg press. Well the bench says max weight 300 lbs and incline and 350 on flat... So I may have to do low weight high reps I don't want to bust my ass when that motherfucker collapses on me. It's a cheap ass bench I got at Walmart about 5 or 6 yrs ago. I've never really lifted before should I start low or what? Lift till failure or sets?

don't bother end your life bro!

Lol just joking man, well I weigh 210 pounds 5'11'' and I'm trying to get leaner and also build muscle at the same time. I have a beer gut that I need to get rid off. I weigh 210 so I was thinking maybe 180 may be good for me. But I'll have to see what I look like at 180. I was reading up and saw that lifting was a great way to lose weight. So I thought I would do that along with the cardio.

Thanks bro so I should get 210 grams of protein a day? Jesus, I saw some site saying a serving of meat (roudn steak) had 23 g of protein I thought it had more. I need to be getting me some more protein I don't think I'm getting enough.

Shit, for real? Damn I was hoping I could do both at the same time. Yeah If I get that smoothy I'll be sure to get some extra protein. One more question what is whey? A grain or something?
