but i wish a) it was cheaper, & b) i knew the nutritional values. my morning shake is 5:30am, my train gets into the station by my work at 8:15 or so. so i like to get a strawberry smoothie (soy protein, carb blend, strawberries, etc), with extra protein (blend of egg & whey). it's like $5.25. which sucks. but i wish i knew how much protein i was getting.
