A fitness trainer told me that weed is hampering my workouts. Is there any truth to this? Even though it makes you hungry, it has nothing to do with your metabolism. Other then the tar (which i filter out with my wonderful vaporizer) - can this effect my performance? it's not making me lazy, and i'm still more then able to go to the gym. other then the "weed is bad for you, mmmkay" speech - will it effect my ability to build muscle or cut? I mean, if it's good enough for phelpsy. verdict?
