SMB reaches his goal and ends his cut ***Pics***

    Okay. Got my hydrostatic dunk test done this morning. The results were better than i could have hoped for :bigthumb: but a little too good :ugh2: which makes me suspicious :squint:

    I am going to have the trainer at my gym do a caliper next time she's free to see what she gets me at. I'll keep ya posted.

    Front double Bi and Back double Bi, from a month ago. I'll take some new pics in a bit--since i feel like i'm a LOT leaner now.

    My battery died :( or I woulda taken more poses.
    I'm not going to use the "I would look better but i was bloated" line. I was actually a little dehydrated if anything in the pics. I think i'm leaner IRL but being so pale, if i get in halfway decent lighting i glow like a ghost, if i'm in darker lighting i turn orange like a pumpkin....what can ya do (get a tan, i know.)

    So my target weight was 165, target body fat was 7%.
    I weighed 167.4 this morning before going into the tank
    weighed 4.4kgs submerged in water (got dunked 3 times, 4.2, 4.4, 4.4)
    the spit out from the computer was 5.66%. I don't think i'm that low.

    I'll try to get some updated photos in the near future.

    I would guess.. about 167.4 lbs at 5'11" and maybe a bf% level of 5.66%

    Before the cut I was 185-188 (sometimes would jump into low 190s).
    I was benching 3 sets of 8 for 265 (with slight arch and ass coming off the bench.) best DL ever was 315x5, coulda done more. Didn't know what a deadlift was until i came onto OTFN. Never maxed squats.

    Now i'm weak as fuck. 225 3 sets of 8 is tough (but thats using perfect form.) with a little cheat in my form i got 3 sets of 8 245 the other day but it was almost a problem--no spotter.

    right now, no idea. Considerably less, lol.

    I started trying to bring my wheels up at the same time i started srsly going low carbs and doing lots of cardio. results=no gain in leg size, a little gain in strength, and to exhausted to want to walk 5 feet to the kitchen. i'm gonna take some pics of my toothpics and you guys won't see them till its part of a tear-jerking before and after story.

    fuckers won't grow. But i'm going to start bulking in sept. and its project arms and legs. Next thread will be me on the happy side of 185-190.

    This is probably the lowest legitimate bf% in F&N besides Timber and Pur when he was on stage. Cool beans, Alaska man.

    By not having a life. For the last 3-4 months I've been doing low carb diet (less than 50g).
    I eat the same things everyday, no cheat meals, no alcohol for 6 months, morning cardio 5 days a week for 45 mins. Workout 6-7 days a week (i know i was overtraining but i figured if i'm over training i'm at least burning more calories.) Try and keep the protein over 200 grams, and i managed not to lose too much muscle.

    Seriously, no life. :sadwavey: I just dedicated myself to hitting this life goal and put 100% into it. I had more "cheat days" where my cheating was doing unscheduled cardio or going to the gym on a day off than eating an unplanned meal.

    In a lot of ways it wasn't worth it. But in the grand scheme of things, it was a 2-4 month sacrifice to achieve something i'll be proud of for the rest of my life. And Evo promises me that now that i'm lean i can eat as much junk food as i want and never gain it back.

    i hope you're going to go in a natural competiion or something

    it must suck to get that low and not do anything with it
