Okay. Got my hydrostatic dunk test done this morning. The results were better than i could have hoped for but a little too good which makes me suspicious I am going to have the trainer at my gym do a caliper next time she's free to see what she gets me at. I'll keep ya posted. Front double Bi and Back double Bi, from a month ago. I'll take some new pics in a bit--since i feel like i'm a LOT leaner now. Here are the only recent ones of got from last friday. My battery died or I woulda taken more poses. I'm not going to use the "I would look better but i was bloated" line. I was actually a little dehydrated if anything in the pics. I think i'm leaner IRL but being so pale, if i get in halfway decent lighting i glow like a ghost, if i'm in darker lighting i turn orange like a pumpkin....what can ya do (get a tan, i know.) So my target weight was 165, target body fat was 7%. I weighed 167.4 this morning before going into the tank weighed 4.4kgs submerged in water (got dunked 3 times, 4.2, 4.4, 4.4) the spit out from the computer was 5.66%. I don't think i'm that low.
