    I'm currently 5'11@ 190, don't know my bodyfat. My diet is very similar to UD 2.0, except I refeed every 6 days as opposed to every 4.

    Total cals per day are at about 1900-2100. 275 g protein/ 60 g of carbs/40 grams of fats.
    Supps are CEE and E/C stack

    I'm pretty happy so far with my progess, but I have one huge problem: I used to be pretty fat before (270lbs) and now that I'm leaner, I seem to have a small pouch of fat or "loose skin" on my lower belly. You can kinda see it.

    A couple of guys at my gym are telling me that the it's loose skin, while I think it's fat. I can still grab my love handles a little bit, so that's Why I think it's fat.

    Any and all critisicm is welcome :)

    Same boat as you, i always think its fat, rather than loose skin. I used to be 260, now i am down to a leaner 190...i actually got down to 160... and i loss weight rapidly. So i have a sack of skin..it sucks

    How long did it take you to get down to that from 270lbs.??

    And I see what you're talking about... it looks like skin to me. If you're pretty young, you can keep training and eventually the skin will regain its elasticity.

    It took me about 3 years total to get from 270, to where I'm at now. LOTS of trial and error :-/

    Is there anything that I can use to speed up the process of the skin return to it's normal elasticity?

    I promised myself, that this year, I'm going to bring it 7-8% bf. I don't want that stupid piece of skin holding me back :wtc:

    try vitamin E and cocoa butter? vitamin E you can just open up a cap and rub in the oil cocoa butter get from any drugstore

    cool. im trying to do what you have done. ive dropped 40-50 lbs so far put on a shit ton of muscle and have gained an incredible ammount of endurance. i love doing this shit so much :o cant wait to drop another 20 lbs hopefully ill see some abs soon haha

    I used to the be the laziest fattest mofo on the planet. I was fed up with being like that, and just researched and trained my ass off for 3 years. It's been hard, but I would'nt change a goddamn thing :bigthumb:

    anything in particular that youd recommend, aside from the usual cardio + weights + diet?

    Not really man. In terms of supps, E/C helped me a bit, but other than that, it's just straight up hardcore dedication on my end.

    270 to a solid 190... Awesome progress. I don't know much about the whole loose skin stuff but I hear the only way to get rid of it is surgery, which sounds painful. I'd just live with it.
