I can't believe I fought at 155 at the beginning of the year.
That's my exact weight, im sure i'll hit 183 over the next couple of days but im going to go back down to 165 after that
I want to fight at 170 eventually.
My instructor and I talked about it and I am going to really start eating right, going to the weights gym 3x a week and training 3x a week and by june I want to have my first ammy fight at hopefully 170

195 after massive poop.
i was just gonna post my weight loss this morning. Not sure i ate anything green last night, but then again i was trashed. down to the 150 marker.
Always good to drop a few doing absolutely nothing.
I'd kill to be 181lb. Im @ 6"0', 165. It's bulking time

That's what I'm doing atm. I'm getting a little skinnyfat cause of it, but yet I'm still not use to all the extra calories I'm intaking. Either way, I'm way too skinny for my build.
