Recently after a workout i started getting a slight pain in my left pubic area right under the beltline at random times and i was wondering if this could be a hernia or am i just worrying too much..i cant feel any bumps or anything though when i did a check.

Should i stop working out(planning to go tomorrow) until i get it checked out or should i push through? Thanks for any feedback.

If it is a hernia, you'll push through alright. :mamoru2:

Pain in that area is of concern though, I'd get it checked out. Did you palpate the area while you were coughing or straining like you were trying to take a shit?

I'm sorry I don't think you understood what I meant when I said palpate. That means, have you felt over the affected area while coughing or straining to see if anything felt like it was bulging at all? That is what a hernia feels like.
