I've been reading around that teenagers are supposed to get 9-10 hours of sleep a night. I also read that it's always best to go to and get up at the same time every day. I'm 16. Now the thing is, I have to get up at 6:15 in order to get ready for school. Then I have school, sports practice, and homework. Sometimes homework can last till 10 pm or later. Now, if I am supposed to get 9 hours of sleep with waking up at 6:15, I have to go to bed at 9:15 PM. Half the time I won't even be finished all of my homework by then. And that is with only taking a break to eat dinner. I don't know how I'm supposed to fit 9 hours of sleep in a night with this schedule. Is there anything I can do? Yes, I already manage my time well as I use all of my free time during school to do homework and then I get right to homework when I get home from practice.
