sleeping troubles

    Cant sleep at night only durning the day. I just start thinking about random things even though i'm tired

    Should i get on lunesta?

    As much as it sounds like new age crap, relaxation exercises can help you fall asleep. Search around for techniques. Here is a link to some that I've never used: http://www.hws.edu/studentlife/resources/counseling/relax.asp

    Do you get enough physical exercise? Lack of exercise always made sleeping harder for me.

    You can get herbal sleep aids that don't make you drowsy and basically just help you stay asleep once you get there. Melatonin, valerian root, etc.

    If all else fails: go see a doctor

    I am not a health professional so my advice may suck :rofl:
