I've come to notice that sometimes, the LESS sleep I get (ie. 6 hours vs. 8) the more exercise I am able to do the following day. I try to get in 2-3 hours. As I have been living in dorms, it's tough to get to sleep before 1 (especially if your roommate likes to watch Family Guy at 2:30 A.) I don't know if it's altering my testorone or HGH levels much...any ideas?
