I've come to notice that sometimes, the LESS sleep I get (ie. 6 hours vs. 8) the more exercise I am able to do the following day. I try to get in 2-3 hours.
As I have been living in dorms, it's tough to get to sleep before 1 (especially if your roommate likes to watch Family Guy at 2:30 A.) I don't know if it's altering my testorone or HGH levels much...any ideas?:dunno:

If I don't get 9hrs+ I drag through my entire day, lately I have been getting 6hrs in 1-3 blocks :wtc:, last night I actually slept 8-9hrs w/o waking up.

Same here. I might be moving in with my brother back home this summer so hopefully that'll change my horrible habits since I never will if I stay here for the summer

When I was like 13-17 I usually had a hard time falling asleep, but ever since I fall asleep right when I want to.

I never used to nap until about a month and a half ago...I did up my intensity level though, especially for roadwork and endurance.

I've found that 6-7 is my perfect. 8 hours and i oversleep and want to sleep more.

I was woken up at 6am (im in bed at midnight) and was wide away. Went back to bed for 2 hours (work at 10, up at 8) and was tired a fuck.

Yeah that is what i figure. I try to sleep 12-8, but never works. Roll out of bed at 9 and drive to work instead of biking.

I should try 12-7 on Monday.

Hmm...I forget, how many hours until REM is supposed to typically occur? Studied this stuff a bit in Psychology, but I don't remember much of it...

Sleep proceeds in cycles of NREM and REM phases. In humans, the cycle of REM and NREM is approximately 90 minutes.
