If I am not in competition how important is sleep essentially? I get roughly 6 hours of sleep a night. My diet consist of: Morning: 1xegg 3xegg whites 2 packages oatmeal Snack: 2xrice cakes Lunch: 8oz tilapia 1 cup brown rice 1 cup broccoli Snack: 2xgronola bars WORKOUT: protien shake after Dinner: 8oz lean meat 1 cup brown rice 1 cup greens Snack: yogart Whats it look like? Is sleep really going to be a factor in my results? If so, what can I expect?
