Sleep for 9-5ers

    What time do you guys usually get to sleep and wake up in order to be able to eat and prepare shit for the day before you go to work?

    I ask because im a fucking awful morning person, i dont have someone to slap me in the mouth in the morning to get me up, and the chick that usually sleeps over when we fuu has work about 12 in the afternoon so she sleeps in while i leave for work.

    i go to bed around 11-12, wake up around 630-7, and feel tired and shitty all day

    i never get enough sleep, in bed around 11:30pm up for work at 4am off work at 6pm at the gym by 7-7:30pm home by 9pm shower eat try to relax and in bed again by 11:30pm rinse and repeat shit sucks.

    I cook up all my meat :naughty: on Sunday and divide most of it out in 6-7oz portions. Depending on what day (High, med, low carb) I'll fix the carb sources the morning of that day. It only takes 15 mins to make a shit ton of rice.

    Up by 500-530, at work by 800, gym at 530 out by 630-700, in bed by 930-1000

    sleep around midnight depending on hw load and then up at 5 erryday except saturday...normally sleep until noonish...

    Bed by 1:00 AM and up at 7:30. I feel great after 2 cups of coffee.

    i try to get to bed by 11, i wake up by 8.

    I'd like to get more sleep. I know I dont get enough (i got written up this week after falling asleep during my third training in the past few weeks)


    its even worse when i take superpump, as i workout at 7-8

    Pack lunch before I go to sleep
    I cook enough for three days so i cook on like sunday, wed, and fri

    That sucks.

    I am dreading having to get a real job.
    As a full-time college student and part-time worker who usually works afternoon/evenings I sleep in until 10am or so 4 days a week and my "getting up early" is 8am, lol which I do 3 times a week usually.
    If I'm out late, or studying late, I'll skip class and sleep in until noon, lol.

    I am a horrid morning person though. If you value your life it's unwise to say a fucking word to me within in hour after waking up. It takes me at least 2 hours to get "in the groove" of the day.
    I need to wake up, sit on my ass for 15min to get the energy to leave my bedroom, then get some coffee, then shower, then eat, and then sit for another 15min to digest. By this time (over an hour after waking up) I am usually ready to take on the day.

    It sucks because my girl is opposite. She literally is in a good mood the SECOND she wakes up. All sun shine, birds chirping, and dancing in a fucking meadow type shit. I can't stand it! She tries to wake me up early, talk to me, be playful and energetic, etc... All it does is piss me off and we get into fights about it at least once a week.

    i actually get to bed by 12, and get up at 7.


    i was thinking what i'd LIKE to do. but if i've taken superpump, there's no sleeping before midnight. sometimes i wont even got to sleep till 1am

    Ah yes... I remember that. Working out at night with a pre-workout stim making getting to sleep at a decent hour near impossible.

    I need 6 hours but I also do fine on 5. It just takes more effort, esp. with the gym. I have to actually get mentally ready to go to the gym when I'm on 3-4 hours of sleep, but I do it quite a bit and it's not that bad.

    I try to get to bed around 12, wake up at 7:30, out the door by 8:45. Hopefully by next week I'll be quitting and can sleep in everyday like a fucking loser.

    Usually in bed around 10:30, up around 6:30. I prepare alot of my weeks food during the weekend and then portion out or prepare my lunch the night before.

    I sleep like 5 hours a night currently and it's nowhere near enough for me. I've got too much on the go...seeing a new chick, apartment hunting, studying, full time job, family obligations and on and on. At least my job is slack as hell right now.
