don't order it from Elite... the shit is expensive as hell and so is shipping

I got mine on eBay for ~100 shipped, bigger and better then the EFS one and comes with a strap.

My uncle made mine for me. He just used some scrap metal and I got a rope. Free is always the best option!!!

One of my training partners had his dad weld one up, it actually came out really nicely.

I'm making one this weekend with a used tire, some chain, pvc pipe etc. If I'm not mistaken it should only cost about 30$ to make ~

I just have a 20 or 22" truck tire with a rope through it... its ghetto, but it works, and it cost me ~$5 total.

Normally do wind sprints for 50-100 yards 3-4 times or whatever failure is

I don't know what you're giving me the metal for... the drinking, the football, or the sledding, but I'm gonna run with it.

Yeppers, but that would be expensive to get your hands on. I'm going the pvc route because I can get a 1 foot cutting of it for like 87 cents :o

just buy some cheap weight off craigslist or something...

i'm gonna keep mine in the back of my explorer, along with whatever weight i need. then i'll just take it to the park down the street or up to the IM fields.

i just got set up in an apartment in west campus that is ENTIRELY too nice to keep my equiptment inside of, so all my pl shit is going into my car~
