So I have been doing a Push/Pull routine for about 2 months now with great results. Push on M/TH and Pull on T/F. I skipped my first workout on monday (push) and today (push), I couldnt bench nearly what i used to do. Probably like 20 lbs weaker on the bench. Im thinking ill be back to normal next workout or two.

heh, I missed a week on vacation, then tried working out the morning after I came back on a six hour plane trip. It wasn't fun.

    That's a split, not a routine.

...and you do not lose 20 lbs. on your bench in a week. :hsugh:

whats the diff between a split and a routine? And maybe it wasn't exactly 20 lbs, but i just felt really weak and wasnt able to do as many reps with the normal weight i do.

you didn't "lose" 20lbs on your bench, it'll be back next time you try. Probably just one of those "weak" days we all get from time to time.
