Skipping Lunch

    I've been skipping lunch for the past year now. I eat a healthy breakfast every day and a healthy dinner every night. For dinner, I alternate salads/soups and lean meats/protein with a side of veggies/fruits.

    I started working out a month ago. When I started my BMI was 21, I weighed 150 and I'm 5"7. Now I am finally seeing results. I weigh 125 and my BMI is 19.6. My abs are beginning to become outlined and my biceps are definetley bigger than before I started working out.

    So my real question is should I continue skipping lunch or begin eating? If I should start again, what kind of suggestions do you guys have? I'm guessing just a light sandwich or salad.

    A) The fact that you use BMI
    B) Your weight
    C) What you're asking
    D) Your focus on your abs and biceps

    thats disgusting and I look nothing like that. You can't see my ribs at all.

    I was obviously ignorant to think OTs great sense of humor wouldn't enter the Fitness forum. I've taken the helpful peoples advice though and started eating salads/sandwiches for lunch.

    Yeah no shit I'm the height and weigh 170 and still look small.
