Skinny fat

    i'm 140 5'8, lost 25 pounds over the last couple months but i still have lovies and a roll. I ran 2 miles a day and basically ate 2000 cals a day of whatever and less then 35grams of fat.I suppose i should of lifted and ate more specific things. I'm just wondring how long will it take to shed off this fat after i start eating more proper and lifting.

    I can't lose anymore weight like i have been, my arms and whole body are twigs and my little gut and lovies still there.

    any added advice would be appericated(don't tell me to read stickies plz:nono:)

    lift weights and track your calories :dunno:

    I had this problem too, it just got me super skinny. Ive found lifting weights and eating more to put on weight helps. Your too skinny for your hight, so dont try to lose more weight, it wont pay off.

    Do some bodybuilding, plus eat 3000ish calories (forget tracking your fat, just make sure the fats come from good sources, like meat, its the carbs you need to control)
