    Had a headache today so my workout kinda sucked.

    Did 20 minutes of cardio tonight just trying to ease back into it after a two week layoff. Weighed in at 272.

    Friday - Random shit, legs still feeling a little weird so I decided not to go crazy

    Leg Extensions - 3x12 to warm up

    Did some extra tricep work and the cuff complex. That's all for today.

    Pretty good day, gotta get used to handling heavy weight again and get my lockout up. I'm still stalling about halfway up on my raw bench but my low range and lockout is good.

    Todays workout was rough, my front delts were skullfucked after Mondays board session but I went ahead and did shoulders anyway. Trying out a new split this week.

    Standing military press
    135x10
    185x8

    switched to push press

    205x8
    225x6
    275x0 - this shouldn't be happening but whatever, no big deal considering I'm not fresh and my shoulders are beat up as it is

    Side Raises
    15x15
    20x12
    25x12
    30x12

    2 sets on the cables to finish up

    4 sets of rear delts

    BB Shrugs - 135x15, 225x15, 315x15 then started having grip issues so I swiitched to DB's - 70x20, 80x20, 95x15, 100x15

    Tricep Pushdowns 3x20 to flush blood in the elbows

    Havn't done any cardio consistantly in a few weeks, time to change that. Did 30 minutes tonight weighed in at 269.

    Easy day today, was going to try to get into the ace briefs but that just wasn't happening. Maybe if I lose 20 more pounds.

    Raw Squats - Worked up to an easy 495x1 and decided to stop there, was really relaxed the whole time for some reason and couldn't bring the rage.

    Leg Extensions 4x10

    Thats about it. Was gonna go somewhat heavy if I could get in the briefs and try to break them in but I think I'm gonna have to go up a size.

    No I'm tired of being a goddamn fatass and being disgusted with my body. I could write lots of words about how much it fucking sucks but really I have no one to blame but myself so I'm finally doing something about it. Just a slower process than I'd like.

    But yeah lower weight classes are cool too.
