So i started dieting and here is my progress so far.
4/18 - 199
4/26 - 194.5
5/2 - 193
looks good keep it up.
5/9 - 191.5
slow progress but atleast there was a loss.
this is all based on diet alone with minimal physical activity due to me being in studio every waking hour...
I am 5'11" 21/m
5/17 - 191.5
no loss I ate kinda bad this week... oh well, atleats i didnt gain.
