I'm about to order a bunch of stuff off muaythaistuff.com

Should I go a size up from what I usually wear for T shirts, since thai sizing is pretty small? L fits me perfect in Triumph United Gear.

Pic of sizing for help, looking at the TUFF tshirts

Also, Suggestions on gloves? I've only used Twins and was happy with them, but am open to suggestions.

I was about to order some shit forom them. Looked into sizing, and their TUFF line is supposed to be sized to generic american sizing. Which from their chart it looks like is true.

With thai brands, I always go one to two sizes up. In thai shorts I wear a L, which i think is 30 - 32. waist is tight, but an XL looks like poofy pants. I have a twins tank top that is size XL and is small on me.

Gloves, I can not stop hyping up Windy gloves. Hands down best gloves i;'ve owned. Conform to the hand really well. Extra padding on the wrist. just far better than the fairtex and twins gloves i've owned or tried.

looking at that, TUFF is about the same to slightly smaller to TU's shirts

so, I'm thinking about staying a L, and if it's too small, give em to my friends
