    Just wanted to say thanks for all your initial advice when i started working out six months ago. I feel ten times better, and people take notice every day. Still got a long way to go... Now I'm looking into faster recovery from lifting, everyone says whey, are they wrong?

    More so the soreness. I have been increasing my wight every week or so. I see a good result from that, but each time i do its leads to alot of soreness afterwards.

    I wouldn't mind adding more mass as well.
