Anybody have over 100,000 rounds in hand? That would be about 500 rounds a day for 60 years or so. Sounds like enough to plink with for a while. 4.5 rounds a day for 60 years. One squirrel is worth about 4oz of "meat" so that's about 16oz of meat a day. That should feed a family of 5 for a while.

Turners has CCI Blazers for sale, regular price is 13.99 for 500. $28 for a thou, so $2800 for a hundred thousand rounds.

You get to load up one Butler Creek 25-rounder twice a week on that stash. Well, not quite, but it's close. It's ridiculous that I'd live another 60 years, so I guess I could splurge and pump out six a day once a month or so.

I've heard of some guys that blow through 20K rounds over the course of a summer, so 100K would last them five summers, but probably not. If they HAD 100k to blow, they'd probably go through it in a measly four years or so.

Or, it's a weekend in Tijuana, banging ten whores a day for a nice four-day weekend. Plus tips, lobster three meals a day, and cerveza.

    It's a tossup.

    i have close to 2k rounds of .223, ~1,400 9mm, ~2,500 of .22, ~250 12ga, and probably 700 rounds of 8mm.

    rough total: ~6,800+ :hsd:

Only about 9k here, mostly 5.56 so not exactly useful for hunting.

I just bought 6 ammo cans and 500 rounds. :o

I can't start my stash until I get paid next month and a raise the month after.

It's all gonna be 5.56 and 7.62. I want to get a 5.45 but the finances won't allow that for awhile.

How long do you think you'll be able to kill 4 squirrels a day? You'll be at Peak_Squirrels in a week.

Also, I wouldn't buy 100K of .22LR unless I already had a decent stock of legit defensive caliber ammo.

I have about ~35k put away. Half is .22LR, though.

    Not much here :hs:

Just about 1000 rounds of 7.62x54R, 30 12 guage shells, 30 20 guage shells, ~80 rounds of .40SW, and 90 rounds of 5.56. Will soon be purchasing a case or two of 5.56, and a case of 12 guage 00 9 pellet shells also.

Out of my mind, brb never.
Holy shit. Looking on Sportsmans guide, I see that 300 rounds of 5.45 is $39. So 5k rounds would be less than $650. Hmmm, I might need to consider a 5.45 AK in the future. Shit, I never really get to shoot my AR because its so bloody expensive to feed it.
