Situps

    I plan on getting a better fitter over the next few months and i was considering doing situps to go with everything else.

    I wanted to do therm every night and morning before i goto sleep/when iwake up. If i did, whats a suitable amount to do? i can do about 25/30 before i need to stop.

    How many should i be doing so it will actually have any effect?

    of course it will have an effect, anything you do will have some kind of effect, but that is about as horse shit of a training idea as you could have. You cant spot train fat away from a specific area for one... for two you cant work the same muscle every single day, they all need recovery time, abs and cavles arent exeptions to the rule, but you can train them a little more often. what are you looking to achive besides getting a better fitter? :mamoru:
