    Everyone pokes fun at me using blogs for workout journals so I will use F&N instead. Current Routine is the 5x5 with a long term goal of hitting 1000 total and staying under 165 lbs LBM when it's all said an done. I'm still puny and weak but hope to join the ranks of the big dawgs.

    Current Max for d/s/b are 305/240/180

    Finally found a powerlifting gym and will be joining them soon.

    Current maxes for s/b/d are 325/235/350 (forgot to add the barbell weight on the first post)

    Guys at the OC strength Club have been really helpful with all their knowledge, critiques, and corrections. Powerlifitng clubs ftw.

    Weighed myself this morning and I weigh the same as I did before Thanksgiving. :) Powerlifting guys won't be happy though. They told me to go home and eat a pizza twice already :rofl:

    I fly into Santa Ana on the 15th and will need to find a place to lift a couple times while I'm there...sounds like a good place to stop by. What area is it? I'm not familar is OC at all.

    Hit a DL PR of 375x1 on Tuesday. Failed on 385, ran out of energy.

    Dammit, I think I strained my oblique. Hurts like hell when I situp. I think I pulled it on my squat a month ago and now it's been back since Tuesday.


    Hit a DL PR of 385x1 on boxes
