That's a really innovative placement for the turbo. Great alternative to the STS assclown setup.

Meh, I understand why some people go that route. I don't hate on them because a lot of the cars (that are set up correctly) can really move. Not for me though, I figured if this project was really going to happen, why not go all out. I had to remove my stock puller fans to make room behind the radiator. Got a nice new pusher fan that sits in front :wiggle: :o

i cant really tell in the pics but is the turbo oil drain going to have enough downhill to drain into the oil pan easily?

haven't had much time to do more work on it. did get the perma-cool pusher fan in there...that was a bitch. Got all of the oiling supplies yesterday and my new alternator bracket as well since my current one is a waste of metal. after i do that...it's just doing half the charge piping....then i can drive it to get the clutch put in :( waiting on parts sucks.

New alternator relocation bracket, perma-cool pusher fan should keep her cool, and the downpipe is finally mounted. Bernout...after clutch and all the fuel system...on pump gas probably ~550rwhp on ~8lbs boost for 99% of the time. Bought a MBC so that might make it a little more fun on meth and race gas :x:. Meth injection is definitely on the to-buy list, but that's for after the car is running.

Nice. I'm picking up my LS1/6 spd Saturday. There's a turbo planned for it as well. Was contemplating between single or twin. Settled on single for now, but it might change by the time its ready to be done.

Turbo is gonna look like this one, thats sittin on my bedroom floor:
