single day workout ... how'd I do?

    traveling for work for the next four days and prob will only have access to a tredmill, so today I did:

    squats
    clean and jerk
    incline dumbell press


    what did I miss?

    I'd toss in a super-drop-set of arms.

    tried to do some pullups at the end, but my lats are still sore from saturday :hs:

    arms were pretty beat from the cleans and dumbells

    shoulda just did squats, deadlifts and bench press

    considered it, but I did deads on saturday and I've been doing a lot of flat bar bench lately, so I wanted to mix it up with some incline dumbells.

    I went heavy on the clean/jerk, so that + squats I got some lower back in
