I didn't realize that the touch had a "slide to unlock" screen. :dunno: I thought that was only iphone. I guess I'm a bit retarded. :o

Except for them relocating the headphone jack to the bottom? Seems odd.

With just a headphone connector it can be used with a lot more then the iPod.

It's a totally different case. Instead off the black area at the bottom of the phone on the back of the iPhone for the cellular, Bluetooth, and WiFi antenna, the iPod Touch just has a small black square in the upper corner.

i know, then you call it an MP3 connector. iphone integration almost always means the dock connector so you can control it with the head unit

People associate with the word iPod more then MP3 player. They're just cashing in on a term people recognize. To you it means you can control it remotely but to the average person that knows a lot less it means they plug their music thing into it and it plays music through the car speakers. When I look on the VW site it always calls it an auxiliary jack. On that CC page from the screen shot it doesn't call it anything, just shows a picture.

That's the one they use in all of the commercials.
