Since the P90X thread is fizzling out I have a few Questions

    Just DL'ed all the .rar files.

    Is the order of the workout the order its listed in the original thread?

    Would someone be kind enough to post a Moday = Back & shoulders, Tuesday = Yoga, etc.

    When looking at the original thread it seemed that there was a couple different types of workouts. Could someone explain?

    Should i just pick a workout a diffrent day and move on to the next one and just keep going in a rotation? :dunno:

    Help a newb out please.....

    Im ready to get started and would add my myself to the original thread if its still alive. :x:

    my coworker is on day 75 of 90 and he's loving it. does it every morning at 6am.

    He says he's got noticeable strength gains and he's cut down quite a bit. He looks good (no homo)

    There's a calendar included in the stuff that tells you exactly what to do.

    There's also a nutrition guide and some other shit that will answer almost any question you can come up with.

    It's good stuff, so far so good. Pretty damn good routine to be able to do from home...

    Anyone know why i can only hear the Ab ripper routine? Also the Plyo routine fails right before it loads anyone know why?

    All the videos were std mpeg format, ab ripper X was some shitball AVI. I think its dixv encoded, I can't recall. It plays in my media player. Try VLC or the DIVX player. If you hear it and can't see it, it's a codec issue.
