    HIT really seems alot like the dogg crapp routine (i think timberwolf brought it up). Actually, its almost exactly the same, except the DC routine prefers rest-pause sets that don't go to failure, and you train each muscle twice a week instead of once. Do you guys think the DC routine has any merit? The volume is still pretty low, but it allows you to use alotta weight per (the one work) set you do each session.
