it shows him training too. i enjoyed watching it in particular because he likes to use my fav choke so much (brabo choke). its cool to see him setting it up from everywhere.

it takes a lot of work to see the opportunities... but seriously now half the time i let people get the underhook and turn into me just in order to get that choke.. it took me a while to learn how to sink it quickly though.. you have to get exactly the right angle

i use the anaconda a lot but i suck at getting the choke....i normally used the anaconda roll to get sidemount. I think I will be using the brabo a lot! I have a friend that gets underhooks on me from sidemount a lot.

thats exactly the problem i thought i had.. but unless the guy is a lot bigger than you then you can do it.. you gotta push his head towards you with one hand.. and wiggle your arm through with the other hand (like a drill).. im telling you it took me like two months to get it.. but now im getting it on everybody. im not a lanky guy.. im 5'7. shaolin is 5'8

i told you it takes some practice to learn how to sink it quickly.. its all about the angle and you gotta keep sucking his head towards you

Like he said, make sure to push the head down, but also make sure to drive your shoulder down at the same time so it's very tight.
