Since I've got the weight, should I bulk or cut?

    Back story: 16 years old, hitting the gym 3 times a week, cardio as much as possible. Weigh 175 lbs, about 6'3".

    I am not a fatty, but have a stomach. Should I start bulking and build as much muscle as possible or cut and then bulk. Any advice or articles is appreciated.

    I'm 6'3" 215 and I'm still bulking. You should definitely bulk because you don't have enough mass to warrant cutting yet (unless you want to cut for personal reasons).

    Well, I'd like to loose the weight, but building muscle is a bit more important to me. Looks like I'll start bulking. :wiggle:

    Well... i'm sure it will be asked later but Pics for reference. Everyone holds weight differently. At your weight/height though I'd recommend bulking untill you have enough mass to cut back to

    Bulk, but make sure to get plenty of EFA's and stay away from shitty carbs

    essential fatty acids aka "good fats"


    some good examples of the kind of fats you want to be eating are: fish oil capsules (or if you eat fish), flaxseed oil, almonds, Enova oil, olive oil
