motorcycle accident 4years ago shattered my knees.

its getting better, but im not pushing too hard. as soon as it hits past 45degree angle, it feels like theres no support and you can hear the "crack"

    i havent measured my wingspan.

as far as bench, yes, down all the way to the nipple, and 1" away from locking my elbow on top

i switch 2weeks on bb, 1 week on smith, 2weeks on db.

was able to do 135lbs x 3 on db bench without a spotter (but i think my form was fucked up)

This affects your deadlift too? So 325x2 are quarter squats? Does it "crack" with you just squatting bw or bar?

yea, if my knees were good, i can DL more than what i can now! when i dl my PR, i can feel my knees shaking violently!

the 325x2 was lil past 45* but not ass to the grass (which i think, no ass to the grass no care.)

you can feel the crack once the weight is over 225lbs. below that, its fine!
i tried knee straps and tried doing it on smith, and same thing...

My knees shook during my DL PR too.... I'm thinking it was weak glutes and/or hammies...

ever try doing light leg extensions or biking before squatting to get some blood in the joints?

i always thouht that the elastic bands were better since you can adjust the pressure?

naw...usually, i just warm up with some lunges....then straight to the squat rack. but i will consider that and give it a try next week!

    thanks for all the advice

usually my leg day just consist of squat (6sets) then extensions til i feel burnt out

Knee sleeves are more for warming up the joint and blood flow, IIRC.

I was gonna ask, I thought I remembered you from back in the day and being in a bad motorcycle accident.

Btw, nice bench if it's legit, got any vids of it? At 400lb barbell you'd think you can do more than 125x3 DB.

No disrespect but I thought you were stronger than that... and maybe people can use this as an example of long limbs being an advantage for deadlift and a disadvantage for bench :mamoru:

    Looking thick homie :h5:
