If I wanted to host a single ~30k file for about 10-20 people, what would be a good solution? Rapidshare? Some bullshit like that?

For something like that, yousendit > mediafire >> rapidshare

or if you want a direct link for it then you can pm me and i'll host it on my domain for awhile

    1. Don't want to gather 20 email addresses
    2. It's a greasemonkey script, so if they can get a direct link, it saves me having to explain how to navigate your harddrive via firefox to install it.

yousendit or megaupload aren't as throttles like rs.
